Registration is open to individuals aged 21 and above who are residents of Malaysia. Only one account is permitted per individual — duplicate accounts will be suspended.
Minimum deposit RM10, minimum withdrawal RM30. All withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification.
All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated in their respective promotional terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn before those requirements are met.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 1dompet will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in account termination and freezing of all existing balances. 1dompet reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm the information provided.
You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Please notify the 1dompet support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 1dompet will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
1dompet supports a wide range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, ShopeePay, as well as IBG and IBFT bank transfers. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.
To make a withdrawal, your account must have completed at least Level 1 KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed within under 15 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours.

1dompet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. However, all bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions set for each promotion.
Wagering requirements refer to the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be turned over through real wagers before the balance can be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of RM2,000 in wagers before a withdrawal is processed.
Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, hedge betting, or any strategy clearly intended to exploit promotional offers — is prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

You may close your 1dompet account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to your registered payment method once the relevant conditions are met.
1dompet provides temporary or permanent self-exclusion options for members who need a break from gaming activity. During the self-exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible and all promotions will be suspended. To enroll in the self-exclusion program, contact our customer support.

The 1dompet Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1dompet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
1dompet strives to keep the Platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, temporary service disruptions may occur due to reasons beyond our control, including system maintenance, infrastructure failures, or unavoidable circumstances (force majeure).
We understand that disputes can sometimes arise. 1dompet's approach is to resolve all issues in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
In all game-related disputes, the 1dompet server log records are the definitive reference. Screenshots provided by players may be considered as supporting evidence but do not override server log data.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved internally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
Should any provision of this Agreement be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while all other provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
